Producer, Creative Director & Composer
As a musician, Galway man Eric Cunningham has performed in a plethora of concert halls across six continents from Beijing Opera House to the Lincoln & Kennedy Centres in North America while he has also played support to the Rolling Stones and performed for 3 U.S. Presidents (at the White House & U.S. Capitol Building) amongst many other dignitaries and royalty. He has performed as a soloist with numerous international orchestras and internationally recognised artists including Ronnie Wood. He previously managed and performed with the world's greatest & fastest (Guinness World Records) Irish ﬁddle player Frankie Gavin and his band 'De Dannan' but decided to concentrate exclusively on his own productions from January 2013. As an event Promoter, Eric has promoted many events and acts including international rock star Bryan Adams at Pearse Stadium (Galway, Ireland) to 18,000 people. Cunningham was also the Founder and former Festival Director of 'The World Fleadh' which was, during his reign, the biggest Irish traditional & celtic music festival in Ireland. He sold the rights to the event in 2010. As a Producer, his acts (The Young Irelanders, Women of Ireland & others) have performed from Ireland to India, Chile to China, Australia to America, Brazil to Britain, Japan to Russia, across the United Arab Emirates and throughout Europe. As an Academic, he holds a degree and ﬁrst class honours Masters in Music from the University College Cork and was also awarded the Seán O Riada Memorial Award by the same institution for his knowledge of Irish music. As a Composer, Eric's work has been described by the Irish Times as 'Terriﬁc' and 'Stunning' by the Irish Independent and 'Music to marvel at' by the Irish Examiner. Eric was nominated for a Mayoral Award from Galway City Council, awarded the National Outstanding Young Person of the Year Award by the Chamber of Commerce Ireland and also presented with a Rehab People of the Year Award.
Company Manager & Associate Producer
Michaella Mc Mahon graduated in 2014 from Institute of Technology Tralee (Co. Kerry) with a first class honours degree in TV, Radio and New Media Broadcasting. Having commenced work experience with Producer Eric Cunningham during her studies, Michaella has since gone on to work along side him on a full-time basis and across a variety of international projects. Michaella deals with all the day-to-day tasks involved with running Global Irish Productions. These responsibilities include tour management, logistical planning, artist recruitment, contract negotiation, financial management and all digital media requirements.
Michaella also works along side the Creative Team at Global Irish Productions as Associate Producer on all of its new productions. Michaella has managed events for Global Irish Productions in a variety of countries across the world, indeed she has to date worked in venues in 48 states within the US. Michaella is also a director of Empower Events which is highly respected within the Fundraising Events business in Ireland.

Principle Choreographer & Movement Director
Ciarán is originally from Dublin and has worked successfully in London for the last 14 years as a commercial dancer and choreographer, working on shows such as The X Factor, Britain's Got Talent and Strictly Come Dancing. He's worked alongside and toured the world with names such as Take That, Robbie Williams, One Direction, Girls Aloud, Michael Buble and many more. Ciarán also choreographed Season 5 of The Voice of Ireland for RTE. He was also Creative Director and Choreographer of The June Rodgers Show and Summer Tours 2010-2014. After working as Assistant Choreographer on The Daniel O Donnell Rock and Roll UK Tour, Ciarán went on to work with a host of top choreographers on major tours and events including Assistant Choreographer on Cliff Richard's 2011 'Soulicious Tour', Dance Captain and a coordinator on the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Ceremonies under the direction of Creative Director Kim Gavin, Assistant to the Choreographer Paul Roberts on One Direction's World Stadium Tour 2014 and Assistant to Choreographer Paul Domain on The Saturdays Tour 2014. Between the UK and Ireland he has staged and choreographed numerous events such as hair & fashion shows, corporate events and product launches. Ciarán is also working closely with Darcey Bussell helping develop and act as ambassador for her new choreographed fitness regime, DDMIX. Ciarán has worked on a variety of Global Irish Productions' shows since 2014.
Musical Director & Musical Co Arranger
Cian Boylan is recognised as one of Ireland's leading musicians, working across many musical genres including jazz, rock & pop, and film & theatre, and collaborating with many established international artists. He was born in Dublin, and began studying piano at the tender age of 6. While studying classical music, he was also exposed to all kinds of music by his parents, in particular jazz, rock and pop music. He got his first professional job at the age of 14 and soon became established on the Irish musical scene. Since graduating Trinity College Dublin, he has gone on to working on the forefront ofthe Irish music scene. He holds a first class Masters Degree in Jazz Music Performance from The Dublin Conservatory of Music. He studied Film Scoring with the late Don Brandon Ray, head music supervisor at ABC and founder of the UCLA Film Scoring course and was also selected to take part in the prestigious Moonstone Film Composers' Workshop in 2005. He also studied with Golden Globe Award Winner, composer Christopher Young (Spider Man, The Rum Diary, Nighmare on Elm Street, etc) and Hollywood's premier orchestrator Conrad Pope (Star Wars, Harry Potter, Indiana Jones, etc). From string arrangements to orchestral scores and jazz combos to big band arrangements, Cian's versatility as an arranger has enabled him to work across many genres from rock and jazz to theatre and film. Cian works both as a composer for film and tv and as a songwriter, acting as musical director and co-writing with many established artists. He set up Pyro Studios in 2005 in Dublin which has been host to numerous album productions and recording sessions with established artists.
As a session pianist and keyboardist, he has performed and recorded with many leading Irish and International pop and rock artists, including: Van Morrison, Duke Special, Camille O'Sullivan, Jerry Fish, Imelda May, Declan O'Rourke, Juliet Turner, Mary Coughlan, Westlife, Aslan, Paddy Casey, Vyvienne Long, RTE Concert Orchestra, Ulster Orchestra, Riccardo Cocciante, Robin Gibb, Sister Sledge, LeAnn Rimes amongst many others. He is also a staple player on the Irish jazz scene and has recorded two critically acclaimed albums under his own name "Soulful Days" and "Something We All Know”. Cian has worked on the music of many of Global Irish Productions touring shows alongside composer/arranger Eric Cunningham while he has also performed on stage in places such as Japan, Chile and throughout the US as Music Director with the same productions. Production Manager & Chief Rigger
Given the extent of his skill set, Dan O Callaghan has undertaken a variety of roles with Global Irish Productions over the years. Dan is one of those team players who can lend his hand to almost anything associated with a live touring show.
A qualified Coach Driver, an accomplished Piper, a qualified Rigger, an adept Audio Engineer, a capable Lighting Technician, an exacting Stage Manager, a proficient Production Manager…the list goes on.
Other acts Dan has worked with include Eminem, Mumford and Sons, Justin Timberlake, One Direction, Rihanna, Neil Young, Pussy Cat Dolls, Robbie Williams, Rodger Walters, Fleetwood Mac, WWE and The Pogus to name but a few.
Michael Nestor is an Audio Engineer based in Galway, Ireland. He is a qualiﬁed Avid Pro Tools operator with a ﬁrst-class honours degree in audio engineering. Michael mixes more than 185 live events per year.
His touring experience covers a wide range of live performance genres. Michael has mixed everything from large format international festivals to exclusive concerts for audiences which have included US President Barack Obama, former US President Bill Clinton and HRH Prince Albert of Monaco.
Michael has been involved in the sound design of all Global Irish Productions' touring projects and continues to tour globally in the capacity of Live Audio Engineer.
Set & Lighting Design
ARAM offering design and technical production for all kinds of corporate events, festivals, exhibitions, conferences, sporting events, television shows, e-Sport tournaments and touring productions. ARAM is on the market for almost 20 years with tens of thousands of successfully completed events worldwide including Intel Extreme Masters, ESL ONE, The Voice, Miss contests and many other famous festivals.
ARAM owns a large state-of-the-art equipment park with modern video solutions and technical production equipment, LED Panels, projectors, automation systems, high deﬁnition cameras, lighting and sound systems. ARAM serves both large scale projects such as festivals, public ceremonies, television productions, as well as large, medium and small events, touring productions, seminars, conferences and exhibition stands.
Rafal Mrzyglocki and his team at ARAM have worked closely with Producer Eric Cunningham in creating designs for Global Irish Productions events.
Technical & Logistical Manager
John Mc Elligott has worked on all of Global Irish Productions productions. Known as the 'go-to-man'…he is the ultimate trump card when things need to get done on-site to produce an event for a particular deadline.
Over the years John has developed signiﬁcant knowledge of the technical and logistical responsibilities associated with touring productions and puts this expertise to work prior to, and during every tour that Global Irish Productions produces.
When not working on Global Irish Productions John heads up MC Systems, a very successful sound provision company based in Co Kerry. When not working on either of the aforementioned he likes to demonstrate his renowned (and unique) dancing skills at after show parties!
